Clients should be at the table, always
How often do you think about your clients needs during one of the many meetings? A great idea I heard during a workshop with one of our clients was to have a chair for the client present during all meetings. Eventhough there is no client in the room, just having the chair there puts the client needs more top of mind.
Here is our version; we have a directors chair, meaning that the client actually calls the shots; which is a good idea for any business.
